💡 Why Auditor’s Hub?
Over the course of my 18+ years in the auditing and compliance industry, I’ve faced one recurring challenge: the scarcity of qualified, committed auditors. As a department head, I often found myself not just leading a team—but also carrying the weight of an employer. The demand of the auditing industry was increasing rapidly whereas the supply of qualified auditors was not that much in proportionate with the increasing demand. Every time where ever any vacancy created, it took around 2-6 months to identify the required profile and it takes around 2 months of waiting to be finally onboarded. There are several instances that auditor change their mind during the notice period and notify at eleventh hour that they are not joining. This constant pressure taught me one thing: we don’t just need auditors—we need a system to build them.
In this circumstances, I have decided to open a shop called Auditor’s Hub (অডিটরের দোকান) where people can develop themselves as an auditor and all other stakeholder such as auditing firms, NGO’s, brands, suppliers and manufacturers can easily get their required profile.
🛠️ The Vision
In the middle of all those crises, I used to say—half-jokingly, half-seriously—
“Auditorer Dokan khulte hobe!”
(“I should open a shop of auditors!”)
What seemed like a funny phrase carried a deeper purpose:
✅ To train fresh talent from the ground up
✅ To instill values of integrity, discipline, and resilience
✅ To support the industry by ensuring a pipeline of skilled auditors
✅ To build something lasting—beyond a job, beyond a company
And so, Auditor’s Hub was born—not as a commercial venture, but as a voluntary initiative under Ever Better Solutions (EBS).

Through Auditor’s Hub, we aim to:
🧑🏫 Mentor aspiring auditors from different academic and geographic backgrounds
📚 Provide practical training on audit techniques, ethics, industry codes, ground laws and global frameworks (e.g., SA8000, BSCI, SLCP, WRAP, Higg, SMETA, ISO etc.)
🌐 Connect candidates with real opportunities in social, environmental, and technical auditing
🧠 Shape a community of lifelong learners who lead with skill and conscience
🆓 Offer free resources, webinars, and guidance to make this a truly open platform
